NSCP Outstanding Community Service Award
The purpose of the Outstanding Community Service Award is to recognize a Physiotherapist whose service in his/her community extends beyond professional duties. Physiotherapists make valuable contributions to the affairs of their profession as well as their communities, their province, their country and even the world. This award recognizes all these services with a special emphasis on community.
The award is open to any active member registered in the province. It is to be awarded for performance over any period, not only the year the award is presented. Nominations will be accepted any time, however, a call for Nominations will be sent to the membership prior to the Annual General Meeting. The board may present the award at any time throughout the year (but will typically do so at the AGM) and may recognize no or multiple recipients in any given period.
