Updating Private Practice Status
For Private Practice Facilities and Self-Employed Private Practioners you can update your clinic status and care options in your member profile under 'My Businesses --> My Facilities'
All updates will appear in real time on our website in the Private Practice Services directory.
You may set your clinic status as open, closed, or reduced hours.
Care types that may be selected are:
- Urgent Care
- Virtual Care - Telephone
- Virtual Care - Video
- In-Person Care
You may select all care types that apply and change them at any time.

Once logged onto your member portal select 'My Facilities':
Select the edit (pencil) icon for the facility you wish to update:
Once in the edit screen select the clinic status and all care types that apply. Then select save changes. The directory will be updated:
