Upcoming Transition to a New Registrant Database & Portal

Over the coming months, NSRPT will be transitioning to a new database and registrant portal.

This investment will provide a more modern and flexible platform that will improve data management, support future enhancements, and help us better serve registrants and the public over the long term. While the underlying technology will be significantly improved, the user interface has been designed to feel familiar and intuitive for registrants, minimizing disruption to your experience.

A project of this scale requires substantial work behind the scenes, including system configuration, testing, data validation, and migration activities. To help ensure a successful transition, we are asking all registrants to download and retain copies of any documents they have uploaded to the current portal. While we will be migrating priority records and documents, it may not be possible to transfer all uploaded files to the new system.

As staff focus on building, testing, and migrating data throughout the summer, you may notice longer response times than usual. Our team will be dedicating significant resources to ensuring the new system is fully operational and ready to support the annual renewal period in November.

We recognize that these activities may create some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake this important work. The result will be a more sustainable, secure, and adaptable platform that will better support the profession for years to come.

Additional information, including key dates and instructions regarding document downloads, will be shared as the project progresses.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
